Founder & Principal Architect
Architecture has been a lifelong passion for founder Juhani Kelvin, who began sketching dream homes for himself as a young boy, long before studying the craft professionally. Although his early career included training in public housing, healthcare, and commercial interior design, his heart was always in residential architecture—where creativity can be expressed on a much more personal level.
In 2005, Juhani joined the acclaimed firm Shope Reno Wharton, contributing to prestigious single-family homes throughout New England. When founding partner Allan Shope launched his own practice in 2008, he invited Juhani to join him. This began a 17-year period of mentorship and collaboration, working on highly customized residences across the United States, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas.
