GoldCoast
South Florida, USA

Set on the South Florida intercoastal, this 14,000 sq ft residence was conceived to celebrate natural light, expansive views, and a seamless indoor–outdoor lifestyle. The design strikes a deliberate balance between the client’s modern sensibilities and their affinity for classic architectural forms.
The lower level is clad in limestone, anchoring the structure with a sense of permanence, while the upper level transitions to a refined stucco façade capped with a clay tile roof. Warm wood accents unify the exterior—woven through the roof soffits, fascias, entry portico, pool loggia, and shutters—to create a cohesive and inviting material story.
The pool house, finished in sandstone, introduces a complementary contrast to the main home. Large sliding glass doors open the interiors entirely to the landscape, allowing the home to transform from a serene daily retreat into an open, breezy setting for entertaining.
